At Shri Ram Global we believe in all round awareness of our students. As a part of extended learning our students went on a field trip to a Super Market. The objective was to help children explore choices and understand about healthy and non-healthy food. The students explored the display of the grocery store. The teachers explained about the frozen foods, medical section, canned foods and the importance of different types of foods. They also learnt how to make purchase at the billing counter and were introduced to basic math skills like counting, sorting and comparing. Goodies were distributed among the children by the supermarket staff. Not only was it an educational and interactive experience for the children, it also would have left a lasting impression.
