ART DAY

Art is a language that expresses one’s emotions and hidden feelings without words.

It allows practising a wide range of skills that are useful not only for life but also for learning. It’s important for every child’s development as it helps the body and brain to integrate information, such as that is needed for later spatial concepts, maths and language.

This Art’s Day, to encourage children to start thinking in the direction of creation, the school organised a ‘Free Expression Day’ on 15th April, 2021.

Herein, children were asked to paint independently.  This was done by using various mediums available like bubble paper, rolling pin, vegetables etcetera, wherein they painted, drew and coloured on their own and expressed themselves.

The children enjoyed and had numerous learning opportunities with this activity!
