Training session was conducted by teacher: Ms. Sonu Verma on “Building Strong Relationships with
Toddlers” to strengthen educators’ understanding of creating nurturing and trusting connections
with young learners. The session covered the importance of building strong relationships, showing
genuine interest, using positive language, establishing consistent routines, expressing affection
appropriately, creating a sense of security, actively listening to toddlers, maintaining consistency and
validating children’s feelings. Teachers also discussed practical strategies to foster a warm,
supportive and emotionally safe learning environment. The session reinforced the school’s
commitment to promoting positive teacher-child relationships that support every child’s emotional
well-being and holistic development.
