Shri Ram Global Pre School organized a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act Awareness
Session on 29th August 2026 for its teachers, nannies, guards and drivers, reaffirming the school’s
commitment to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all. The informative session
was conducted by Equi Shield and led by esteemed resource persons Advocate Anchal Jindal and Ms.
Neha Gupta. The speakers sensitized the participants to the provisions of the POSH Act, emphasizing
the importance of dignity, mutual respect, professional conduct and the shared responsibility of
preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. Through engaging discussions and practical insights,
the session highlighted the significance of awareness, accountability and proactive measures in
ensuring the safety and well-being of women and children within the school community. At Shri Ram
