Shri Ram Global Pre School staff and children took part in a Fire Drill to learn how to stay safe in case of fire. Before the drill, a short movie was shown to the students to help them understand the steps to be followed during a fire emergency. The next day, the mock drill was conducted with fire models placed for effect and fire safety signs displayed along the evacuation route
The children were guided to:
Stay calm and not panic
Leave all belongings behind
Listen carefully to the teacher
Queue up in an orderly manner
Follow the fire safety signs
Move to a safe assembly point
The drill concluded with a live demonstration on how to use a fire extinguisher, conducted especially for the staff and children. The activity gave the students valuable learning and built confidence among both children and teachers to face such situations responsibly.
