Baisakhi, the most celebrated festival of Punjab was observed at Shri Ram Global Pre-school by organising a virtual tour at Punjab Agricultural University for all the students.
It was a tour of excursion to the fields to explore the land of whole wheat for our students.
Children were shown different stages wheat go through before it reaches their plates.
The stages taught were- Harvesting, Thrashing, separation.
It was a great learning experience for all the students.
Children witnessed the hard-work that takes place in growing food and will further learn to appreciate it by not wasting any food on the table.
